فقالوا لي ان الباقين الذين بقوا من السبي هناك في البلاد هم في شر عظيم وعار. وسور اورشليم منهدم وابوابها محروقة بالنار.
I řekli mi: Ostatkové ti, kteříž pozůstali z zajetí tam v té krajině, jsou u velikém nátisku a v pohanění, nadto i zed Jeruzalémská rozbořena jest, a brány jeho ohněm zkaženy.
Og de sagde mig: De overblevne, som ere overblevne af Fangenskabet, ere der i Landskabet udi stor Ulykke og i Forsmædelse, og Jerusalems Mur er nedreven, og dens Porte ere opbrændte med Ild.
Und sie sprachen zu mir: Die Übriggebliebenen, die von der Gefangenschaft dort in der Landschaft übriggeblieben sind, sind in großem Unglück und in Schmach; und die Mauer von Jerusalem ist niedergerissen, und seine Tore sind mit Feuer verbrannt.

Und sie sprachen zu mir: Die Übriggebliebenen, welche nach der Gefangenschaft übriggeblieben sind, befinden sich dort im Lande in großem Unglück und in Schmach; und die Mauern der Stadt Jerusalem sind zerbrochen und ihre Tore mit Feuer verbrannt.

Και ειπον προς εμε, Οι υπολοιποι, οι εναπολειφθεντες εκ της αιχμαλωσιας εκει εν τη επαρχια, ειναι εν θλιψει μεγαλη, και ονειδισμω· και το τειχος της Ιερουσαλημ καθηρεθη, και αι πυλαι αυτης κατεκαυθησαν εν πυρι.
Και είπον προς εμέ, Οι υπόλοιποι, οι εναπολειφθέντες εκ της αιχμαλωσίας εκεί εν τη επαρχία, είναι εν θλίψει μεγάλη, και ονειδισμώ· και το τείχος της Ιερουσαλήμ καθηρέθη, και αι πύλαι αυτής κατεκαύθησαν εν πυρί.
And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.
They said to me, The small band of Jews now living there in the land are in great trouble and shame: the wall of Jerusalem has been broken down, and its doorways burned with fire.
And they said to me: “Those who have remained and have been left behind from the captivity, there in the province, are in great affliction and in disgrace. And the wall of Jerusalem has been broken apart, and its gates have been burned with fire.”
And they said to me, Those who remain, that are left of the captivity there in the province, are in great affliction and reproach; and the wall of Jerusalem is in ruins, and its gates are burned with fire.

De svarte mig: De som er blitt igjen fra fangenskapet og nu bor der i landskapet, er i stor ulykke og vanære; Jerusalems mur er nedrevet og portene opbrent.

И сказали они мне: оставшиеся, которые остались от плена, находятся там, в стране своей , в великом бедствии и в уничижении; и стена Иерусалима разрушена, и ворота его сожжены огнем.
De sade till mig: »De kvarblivna, de som efter fångenskapen finnas kvar i hövdingdömet, lida stor nöd och smälek, och Jerusalems mur är nedbruten, och dess portar äro uppbrända i eld.»
“Sürgünden kurtulup Yahuda İli'ne dönenler büyük sıkıntı ve utanç içinde” diye karşılık verdiler, “Üstelik Yeruşalim surları yıkılmış, kapıları yakılmış.”
Các người ấy nói với tôi rằng: Những kẻ bị bắt làm phu tù còn sót ở lại trong tỉnh, bị tai nạn và sỉ nhục lắm; còn vách thành của Giê-ru-sa-lem thì hư nát và các cửa nó đã bị lửa cháy.
他 們 對 我 說 ： 那 些 被 擄 歸 回 剩 下 的 人 在 猶 大 省 遭 大 難 ， 受 凌 辱 ； 並 且 耶 路 撒 冷 的 城 牆 拆 毀 ， 城 門 被 火 焚 燒 。
他們對我說：“那些從被擄剩下的餘民，在猶大省那裡遭遇患難，受到凌辱。耶路撒冷的城牆倒塌，城門也被火燒毀。”
