Frage doch den HERRN für uns, weil der babylonische König Nebukadnezar Krieg wider uns führt! Vielleicht wird der HERR gemäß allen seinen Wundern so mit uns handeln, daß jener von uns abzieht. Da sprach Jeremia zu ihnen:

Befrage doch Jahwe für uns, denn Nebukadrezar, der König von Babel, belagert uns: ob wohl Jahwe allen seinen wunderbaren Thaten gemäß an uns handeln wird, daß er wieder von uns abzieht?

Ερώτησον, παρακαλώ, τον Κύριον περί ημών· διότι Ναβουχοδονόσορ ο βασιλεύς της Βαβυλώνος ήγειρε πόλεμον καθ' ημών· ίσως ο Κύριος ενεργήση εις ημάς κατά πάντα τα θαυμάσια αυτού, ώστε να απέλθη αφ' ημών.

Inquire, I pray thee, of Jehovah for us; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon maketh war against us: peradventure Jehovah will deal with us according to all his wondrous works, that he may go up from us.

Will you get directions from the Lord for us; for Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, is making war against us; it may be that the Lord will do something for us like all the wonders he has done, and make him go away from us.

Toutes les voies de l'homme sont droites à ses yeux; mais celui qui pèse les cœurs, c'est Yahweh.

हमारे लिये यहोवा से पूछ, क्योंकि बाबुल का राजा नबूकदनेस्सर हमारे विरुद्ध युद्ध कर रहा है; कदाचित यहोवा हम से अपने सब आश्चर्यकर्मों के अनुसार ऐसा व्यवहार करे कि वह हमारे पास से उठ जाए।

Deh! domanda per noi il Signore; perciocchè Nebucadnesar, re di Babilonia, guerreggia contro a noi; forse il Signore opererà inverso noi secondo tutte le sue maraviglie, e farà ch’egli si ritrarrà da noi.

Spør Herren for oss! For Babels konge Nebukadnesar strider mot oss. Kanskje Herren vil gjøre med oss efter alle sine undergjerninger, så han drar bort fra oss.

«Spør Herren for oss, for Nebukadressar, Babel-kongen, strider mot oss. Kann henda Herren kunde gjera med oss etter alle sine underverk, so han fer burt ifrå oss.»

Poradź się, proszę, o nas Pana; bo Nabuchodonozor, król Babiloński, walczy przeciwko nam: owa snać uczyni Pan z nami według wszystkich dziwnych spraw swoich, żeby odciągnął od nas.

,,Întreabă pe Domnul pentru noi; căci Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului, este în război cu noi! Poate că Domnul va face pentru noi vreuna din minunile Lui, ca să -l depărteze dela noi.``

»Fråga HERREN för oss, då nu Nebukadressar, konungen i Babel, har angripit oss; kanhända vill HERREN handla med oss i enlighet med alla sina förra under, så att denne lämnar oss i fred.

“Lütfen bizim için RAB'be danış. Çünkü Babil Kralı Nebukadnessar bize saldırıyor. Belki RAB bizim için şaşılacak işlerinden birini yapar da Nebukadnessar ülkemizden çekilir.”

“請你替我們求問耶和華，因為巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒來攻擊我們；也許耶和華會為我們行奇事，使尼布甲尼撒離開我們回去。”
