Da fürchteten sich die Männer, weil sie in Josephs Haus geführt wurden und sprachen: Man führt uns hinein um des Geldes willen, welches das erstemal wieder in unsre Säcke gekommen ist, daß man über uns herfalle und uns überwältige und uns zu Sklaven mache samt unsern Eseln!

Da fürchteten sich die Männer, daß sie ins Haus Josephs geführt wurden, und sprachen: Wegen des Geldes, das sich bei unserer ersten Anwesenheit wieder in unsere Säcke verirrte, werden wir hineingeführt: man will sich auf uns werfen, uns überfallen und uns zu Sklaven machen, samt unseren Eseln.

Και εφοβηθησαν οι ανθρωποι, διοτι εισηχθησαν εις την οικιαν του Ιωσηφ· και ειπον, δια το αργυριον το επιστραφεν εις τα σακκια ημων την πρωτην φοραν ημεις εισαγομεθα, δια να ευρη αφορμην εναντιον ημων και να επιπεση εφ' ημας και να λαβη ημας δουλους και τους ονους ημων.

Και εφοβήθησαν οι άνθρωποι, διότι εισήχθησαν εις την οικίαν του Ιωσήφ· και είπον, διά το αργύριον το επιστραφέν εις τα σακκία ημών την πρώτην φοράν ημείς εισαγόμεθα, διά να εύρη αφορμήν εναντίον ημών και να επιπέση εφ' ημάς και να λάβη ημάς δούλους και τους όνους ημών.

And the men were afraid, because they were brought to Joseph’s house; and they said, Because of the money that was returned in our sacks at the first time are we brought in; that he may seek occasion against us, and fall upon us, and take us for bondmen, and our asses.

Now the men were full of fear because they had been taken into Joseph's house and they said, It is because of the money which was put back in our bags the first time; he is looking for something against us, so that he may come down on us and take us and our asses for his use.

And there, being terrified, they said one to another: “Because of the money, which we carried back the first time in our sacks, we have been brought in, so that he may unleash a false accusation against us, and by violence subjugate both us and our donkeys into servitude.”

And the men were afraid because they were brought into Joseph's house, and said, Because of the money that was returned to us in our sacks at the beginning are we brought in, that he may turn against us, and fall upon us and take us for bondmen, and our asses.

And they being much afraid, said there one to another: Because of the money, which we carried back the first time in our sacks, we are brought in: that he may bring upon us a false accusation, and by violence make slaves of us and our asses.

Et ces hommes eurent peur de ce qu’on les menait dans la maison de Joseph, et ils dirent: Nous sommes amenés à cause de l’argent qui fut remis la première fois dans nos sacs, c’est afin qu il se tourne et se jette sur nous, et nous prenne pour esclaves, et qu’il prenne nos ânes.

Et les hommes eurent peur de ce qu’on les menait dans la maison de Joseph, et ils dirent: C’est à cause de l’argent qui fut remis dans nos sacs au commencement, que nous sommes emmenés, pour qu’on se jette sur nous, et pour qu’on tombe sur nous, et pour qu’on nous prenne comme serviteurs, avec nos ânes.
