ففعل بنو اسرائيل هكذا كما امر يشوع وحملوا اثني عشر حجرا من وسط الاردن كما قال الرب ليشوع حسب عدد اسباط بني اسرائيل وعبّروها معهم الى المبيت ووضعوها هناك.

Da taten die Kinder Israel, wie ihnen Josua geboten hatte, und trugen zwölf Steine mitten aus dem Jordan, wie der HERR Josua geboten hatte, nach der Zahl der Stämme der Kinder Israel, und brachten sie mit sich in das Nachtlager und ließen sie daselbst.

Da thaten die Israeliten, wie ihnen Josua befohlen hatte, und nahmen zwölf Steine mitten aus dem Jordan, wie Jahwe Josua geboten hatte, entsprechend der Anzahl der israelitischen Stämme; die trugen sie mit sich hinüber an den Platz, wo sie übernachteten, und stellten sie daselbst auf.

Και έκαμον ούτως οι υιοί Ισραήλ καθώς προσέταξεν ο Ιησούς, και έλαβον δώδεκα λίθους εκ μέσου του Ιορδάνου, καθώς είπε Κύριος προς τον Ιησούν, κατά τον αριθμόν των φυλών των υιών Ισραήλ, και μετεκόμισαν αυτούς μεθ' εαυτών εις τον τόπον όπου κατέλυσαν και έθεσαν αυτούς εκεί.

And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of the Jordan, as Jehovah spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel; and they carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
