ها المتارس. قد أتوا الى المدينة ليأخذوها وقد دفعت المدينة ليد الكلدانيين الذين يحاربونها بسبب السيف والجوع والوبإ وما تكلمت به فقد حدث وها انت ناظر.

Schon reichen die Wälle bis an die Stadt zu ihrer Eroberung, und die Stadt ist der Gewalt der Chaldäer, die sie belagern, infolge des Schwerts und des Hungers und der Pest überliefert, und was du angedroht hattest, ist geschehen, und du hast es vor Augen.
