فقال يوسف لابيه هما ابناي اللذان اعطاني الله ههنا. فقال قدمهما اليّ لاباركهما.

Odpověděl Jozef otci svému: Synové moji jsou, kteréž dal mi Bůh zde. I řekl:Přiveď je medle ke mně, a požehnám jim

και ειπεν ο Ιωσηφ προς τον πατερα αυτου, Ουτοι ειναι οι υιοι μου, τους οποιους μοι εδωκεν ο Θεος ενταυθα. Ο δε ειπε, Φερε αυτους, παρακαλω, προς εμε, δια να ευλογησω αυτους.

και είπεν ο Ιωσήφ προς τον πατέρα αυτού, Ούτοι είναι οι υιοί μου, τους οποίους μοι έδωκεν ο Θεός ενταύθα. Ο δε είπε, Φέρε αυτούς, παρακαλώ, προς εμέ, διά να ευλογήσω αυτούς.

And Joseph said unto his father, They are my sons, whom God hath given me here. And he said, Bring them, I pray thee, unto me, and I will bless them.

And Joseph said to his father, They are my sons, whom God has given me in this land. And he said, Let them come near me, and I will give them a blessing.

He responded, “They are my sons, whom God gave to me as a gift in this place.” “Bring them to me,” he said, “so that I may bless them.”

Josef svarte sin far: Det er mine sønner, som Gud har gitt mig her. Da sa han: Kjære, kom hit til mig med dem, så vil jeg velsigne dem.
