من عروعير التي على حافة وادي ارنون والمدينة التي في الوادي الى جلعاد لم تكن قرية قد امتنعت علينا. الجميع دفعه الرب الهنا امامنا.

Od Aroer jenž jest na břehu potoka Arnon, a od města, kteréž jest v údolí, až do Galád nebylo města, kteréž by ostáti mohlo před námi; všecka nám dal Hospodin Bůh náš.
