فيرفع الرب اخصام رصين عليه ويهيج اعداءه
Ale zvýší Hospodin protivníky Rezinovy nad něj, a nepřátely jeho svolá,
Og Herren skal ophøje Rezins Modstandere over ham, og han vil væbne hans Fjender.

nämlich die Syrer im Osten und die Philister im Westen, daß sie Israel mit vollem Munde fraßen. Trotz alledem ließ sein Zorn nicht nach, und sein Arm blieb noch immer hoch erhoben.
(H9-10) Doch der HERR hat die Feinde Rezins über ihn erhöht und seine Gegner aufgestachelt;
Aram im Osten und die Philister im Westen, und sie fraßen Israel mit vollem Maule. Bei alledem wandte sich sein Zorn nicht, und blieb seine Hand noch ausgereckt.

Therefore Jehovah will set up on high against him the adversaries of Rezin, and will stir up his enemies,
For this cause the Lord has made strong the haters of Israel, driving them on to make war against him;
I turned myself toward another thing, and I saw that under the sun, the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor wealth to the learned, nor grace to the skillful: but there is a time and an end for all these things.

(H9-10) Quando adunque il Signore avrà innalzati i nemici di Resin sopra lui, farà anche muovere alla mescolata i nemici d’Israele:

Aleć Pan wywyższy nieprzyjaciół Rasynowych nadeń, a nieprzyjaciół jego zbierze;

De aceea Domnul va ridica împotriva lor pe vrăjmaşii lui Reţin, şi va stîrni pe vrăjmaşii lor:
И воздвигнет Господь против него врагов Рецина, и неприятелей его вооружит:
Och HERREN uppreser mot dem Resins ovänner och uppeggar deras fiender,
Bundan dolayı RAB, Resin'in hasımlarını Halka karşı güçlendirecek; Düşmanlarını, doğudan Aramlılar'ı, Batıdan Filistliler'i ayaklandıracak. Bunlar ağızlarını ardına kadar açıp İsrail'i yutacaklar. Bütün bunlara karşın RAB'bin öfkesi dinmedi, Eli hâlâ kalkmış durumda.
(9:10) Vậy nên, Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ khiến kẻ đối địch ở Rê-xin dấy lên nghịch cùng dân sự, và khích chọc kẻ cừu thù,
因 此 ， 耶 和 華 要 高 舉 利 汛 的 敵 人 來 攻 擊 以 色 列 ， 並 要 激 動 以 色 列 的 仇 敵 。
因此，耶和華必興起利汛的敵人來攻擊以色列，並且要激動以色列的仇敵。
