ثم سكّن الكاتب الجمع وقال ايها الرجال الافسسيون من هو الانسان الذي لا يعلم ان مدينة الافسسيين متعبدة لارطاميس الالاهة العظيمة والتمثال الذي هبط من زفس.
A když písař pokojil zástup, řekl: Muži Efezští, i kdož z lidí jest, ješto by nevěděl, že město Efezské slouží veliké bohyni Diáně a od Jupitera spadlé podobizně?
Men Byskriveren fik Skaren beroliget og sagde: „I Mænd i Efesus! hvilket Menneske er der vel, som ikke ved, at Efesiernes By er Tempelværge for den store Artemis og det himmelfaldne Billede?
Als aber der Stadtschreiber die Volksmenge beruhigt hatte, spricht er: Männer von Ephesus, welcher Mensch ist denn, der nicht wisse, daß die Stadt der Epheser eine Tempelpflegerin der großen Artemis und des vom Himmel gefallenen Bildes ist?

Καθησυχασας δε ο γραμματευς τον οχλον, λεγει· Ανδρες Εφεσιοι, και τις ανθρωπος ειναι οστις δεν εξευρει οτι η πολις των Εφεσιων ειναι λατρις της μεγαλης θεας Αρτεμιδος και του Διοπετους αγαλματος;
Καθησυχάσας δε ο γραμματεύς τον όχλον, λέγει· Άνδρες Εφέσιοι, και τις άνθρωπος είναι όστις δεν εξεύρει ότι η πόλις των Εφεσίων είναι λάτρις της μεγάλης θεάς Αρτέμιδος και του Διοπετούς αγάλματος;
And when the townclerk had quieted the multitude, he saith, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there who knoweth not that the city of the Ephesians is temple-keeper of the great Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?
And when the chief secretary had got the people quiet, he said, Men of Ephesus, is any man without knowledge that the town of Ephesus is the keeper of the holy place of the great Diana, who was sent down from Jupiter?
And the townclerk, having quieted the crowd, said, Ephesians, what man is there then who does not know that the city of the Ephesians is temple-keeper of Artemis the great, and of the [image] which fell down from heaven?
Then the towne clearke when hee had stayed the people, saide, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is it that knoweth not howe that the citie of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddesse Diana, and of the image, which came downe from Iupiter?
And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, {Ye} men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the {image} which fell down from Jupiter? {a worshipper: Gr. the temple keeper}
When the town clerk had quieted the multitude, he said, "You men of Ephesus, what man is there who does not know that the city of the Ephesians is temple keeper of the great Artemis, and of the image which fell down from Zeus?
When the toune clarcke had ceased the people he sayd: ye men of Ephesus what man is it that knoweth not how that the cite of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddas Diana and of ye ymage which came fro heven.
And when the town-clerk had appeased the people, he said, [Ye] men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not that the city of the Ephesians is a worshiper of the great goddess Diana, and of the [image] which fell down from Jupiter?
When the town clerk had quieted the multitude, he said, “You men of Ephesus, what man is there who doesn’t know that the city of the Ephesians is temple keeper of the great goddess Artemis, and of the image which fell down from Zeus?
And the public clerk having quieted the multitude, saith, `Men, Ephesians, why, who is the man that doth not know that the city of the Ephesians is a devotee of the great goddess Artemis, and of that which fell down from Zeus?

Alors le secrétaire, ayant apaisé le peuple, dit: Hommes Éphésiens, quel est donc l'homme qui ne sache que la ville des Éphésiens est la gardienne de la grande déesse Diane, et de son image descendue du ciel?

तब नगर के मन्त्री ने लोगों को शान्त करके कहा; हे इफिसयों, कौन नहीं जानता, कि इफिसयों का नगर बड़ी देवी अरितमिस के मन्दिर, और ज्यूस की ओर से गिरी हुई मूरत का टहलुआ है।
Miután pedig a városi jegyző lecsendesítette a sokaságot, monda: Efézusbeli férfiak, ugyan kicsoda az az ember, a ki ne tudná, hogy Efézus városa a nagy Diána istenasszonynak és a Jupitertől esett képnek templomőrzője?

Men by-skriveren fikk hopen til å være rolig, og sa derefter: I menn fra Efesus! Hvilket menneske er det vel som ikke vet at efesernes by er tempelvokter for den store Diana og hennes himmelfalne billede?
