Και συνηθροισεν ο βασιλευς του Ισραηλ τους προφητας, τετρακοσιους ανδρας, και ειπε προς αυτους, να υπαγωμεν εις Ραμωθ-γαλααδ, δια να πολεμησωμεν; η να απεχω; Οι δε ειπον, Αναβα, και θελει παραδωσει ο Θεος αυτην εις την χειρα του βασιλεως.

Και συνήθροισεν ο βασιλεύς του Ισραήλ τους προφήτας, τετρακοσίους άνδρας, και είπε προς αυτούς, να υπάγωμεν εις Ραμώθ-γαλαάδ, διά να πολεμήσωμεν; ή να απέχω; Οι δε είπον, Ανάβα, και θέλει παραδώσει ο Θεός αυτήν εις την χείρα του βασιλέως.

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for God will deliver it into the hand of the king.

Da kalte Israels konge profetene sammen; det var fire hundre mann; og han spurte dem: Skal vi dra i strid mot Ramot i Gilead, eller skal jeg la det være? De svarte: Dra op! Gud vil gi det i kongens hånd.
