Und als die Priester, welche die Lade des Bundes des HERRN trugen, aus dem Jordan heraufstiegen und mit ihren Fußsohlen auf das Trockene traten, kehrte das Wasser des Jordan wieder an seinen Ort zurück und trat wie zuvor über alle seine Ufer.

Als nun die Priester, die die Gesetzeslade Jahwes trugen, aus dem Jordan heraufstiegen und die Priester kaum eben ihre Füße auf das Trockene gesetzt hatten, kehrte das Wasser des Jordan wieder an seine frühere Stelle zurück und trat, wie früher überall aus seinen Ufern.

Και αφου οι ιερεις οι βασταζοντες την κιβωτον της διαθηκης του Κυριου ανεβησαν εκ μεσου του Ιορδανου, και τα ιχνη των ποδων των ιερεων επατησαν επι της ξηρας, τα υδατα του Ιορδανου επιστρεψαντα εις τον τοπον αυτων επλημμυρησαν πασας τας οχθας αυτου, καθως προτερον.

Και αφού οι ιερείς οι βαστάζοντες την κιβωτόν της διαθήκης του Κυρίου ανέβησαν εκ μέσου του Ιορδάνου, και τα ίχνη των ποδών των ιερέων επάτησαν επί της ξηράς, τα ύδατα του Ιορδάνου επιστρέψαντα εις τον τόπον αυτών επλημμύρησαν πάσας τας όχθας αυτού, καθώς πρότερον.
