Und das Wort Jehovas geschah zu mir also:

(H21:18) Denn die Probe ist gemacht; und was? Wenn sogar das verachtende Zepter nicht mehr sein wird? spricht der Herr, Jehova. -

Hierauf erging das Wort des HERRN an mich folgendermaßen:

(H21-18) n es ist eine Prüfung; und wie ginge es, wenn die verachtende Rute nicht wäre? spricht Gott, der HERR.

Und es erging das Wort Jahwes an mich folgendermaßen:

Διοτι εξετασις ειναι· και τι; βεβαιως και η καταφρονουσα ραβδος δεν θελει υπαρχει, λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος.

Διότι εξέτασις είναι· και τι; βεβαίως και η καταφρονούσα ράβδος δεν θέλει υπάρχει, λέγει Κύριος ο Θεός.

For there is a trial; and what if even the rod that contemneth shall be no more? saith the Lord Jehovah.

The consummation of the fear of God is wisdom and understanding.

For the trial [is made]; and what if even the contemning sceptre shall be no [more]? saith the Lord Jehovah.

The perfection of the fear of God is wisdom and understanding.

For it is a triall, and what shall this be, if the sworde contemne euen the rodde? It shall be no more, saith the Lord God.

Because {it is} a trial, and what if {the sword} contemn even the rod? it shall be no {more}, saith the Lord GOD. {Because...: or, When the trial hath been, what then? shall they not also belong to the despising rod?}

For there is a trial; and what if even the rod that condemns shall be no more?" says the Lord God.

Puis la parole de l’Eternel me fut adressée, en disant:

(21:18) Phải, có sự thử thách; cây gậy khinh dể sẽ thành ra hư không, thì làm thế nào? Chúa Giê-hô-va phán vậy.

有 試 驗 的 事 ； 若 那 藐 視 的 杖 歸 於 無 有 ， 怎 麼 樣 呢 ﹖ 這 是 主 耶 和 華 說 的 。

因為考驗必要來到，你為甚麼要藐視那管教的杖呢？這事必不得成功。這是主耶和華的宣告。
