فقال موسى للشعب لا تخافوا. لان الله انما جاء لكي يمتحنكم ولكي تكون مخافته امام وجوهكم حتى لا تخطئوا.

Og Mose sagde til Folket: Frygter ikke, thi Gud er kommen for at forsøge eder, og for at hans Frygt skal være over eders Ansigt, at I ikke skulle synde.

Da sprach Mose zu dem Volke: Fürchtet euch nicht; denn um euch zu versuchen, ist Gott gekommen, und damit seine Furcht vor eurem Angesicht sei, daß ihr nicht sündiget.

Mose erwiderte dem Volke: habt keine Angst; denn um euch zu prüfen ist Gott gekommen, und damit Furcht vor ihm euch innewohne, daß ihr nicht sündigt.

Και ειπεν ο Μωυσης προς τον λαον, Μη φοβεισθε· διοτι ο Θεος ηλθε δια να σας δοκιμαση, και δια να ηναι ο φοβος αυτου εμπροσθεν σας δια να μη αμαρτανητε.

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before you, that ye sin not.

Musa, “Korkmayın!” diye karşılık verdi, “Tanrı sizi denemek için geldi; Tanrı korkusu üzerinizde olsun, günah işlemeyesiniz diye.”
