Hier folgt die Abschrift des Schreibens: Großkönig Artaxerxes entbietet den hundertsiebenundzwanzig Statthaltern von Indien bis Äthiopien, den Verwaltern der Landschaften und allen, die uns wohlgesinnt sind, seinen Gruß.

Da wir denn Mitarbeiter sind, so ermahnen wir euch auch, die Gnade Gottes nicht vergeblich zu empfangen!

Als Mitarbeiter aber bitten wir auch, daß ihr die Gnade Gottes nicht umsonst empfangen sein lasset -

Οντες δε συνεργοι αυτου, παρακαλουμεν ενταυτω να μη δεχθητε την χαριν του Θεου ματαιως·

And working together with him we entreat also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain

We then, working together with God, make our request to you not to take the grace of God to no purpose.

“Pay attention, lest you perform your justice before men, in order to be seen by them; otherwise you shall not have a reward with your Father, who is in heaven.

But [as] fellow-workmen, we also beseech that ye receive not the grace ofGod in vain:

Take heed that you do not your justice before men, to be seen by them: otherwise you shall not have a reward of your Father who is in heaven.

So we therefore as workers together beseech you, that ye receiue not the grace of God in vaine.

We then, {as} workers together {with him}, beseech {you} also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,

We then, [as] co-workers [with him], beseech [you] also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,

And working together also we call upon you that ye receive not in vain the grace of God--

Kaj kunlaborante kun li, ni petegas ankaux, ke vi ne vane akceptu la gracon de Dio

“Cuidad de no practicar vuestra justicia a la vista de los hombres con el objeto de ser mirados por ellos; de otra manera no tendréis recompensa de vuestro Padre celestial.

Por lo cual nosotros, como colaboradores juntamente con él, os exhortamos también que no hayáis recibido en vano la gracia de Dios;

Mutta me niinkuin apulaiset neuvomme teitä, ettette Jumalan armoa hukkaan ottaisi.

Puisque donc que nous travaillons avec Dieu, nous vous conjurons que ce ne soit pas en vain que vous ayez reçu la grâce de Dieu.

Travaillant ensemble, nous vous exhortons aussi à n'avoir pas en vain reçu la grâce de Dieu.

Ainsi donc étant ouvriers avec lui, nous vous prions aussi que vous n’ayez point reçu la grâce de Dieu en vain.

Gardez-vous de faire vos bonnes œuvres devant les hommes, pour être vus d'eux: autrement vous n'aurez pas de récompense auprès de votre Père qui est dans les cieux.

और हम जो उसके सहकर्मी हैं यह भी समझाते हैं, कि परमेश्वर का अनुग्रह जो तुम पर हुआ, व्यर्थ न रहने दो।

Come collaboratori di Dio, noi v’esortiamo pure a far sì che non abbiate ricevuta la grazia di Dio invano;

E nós, cooperando com ele, também vos exortamos a que não recebais a graça de Deus em vão;

E nós, como trabalhadores conjuntamente com ele, rogamos que não tenhais recebido a graça de Deus em vão.
