Die Boten kamen jedoch nochmals wieder und sprachen: So spricht Benhadad: Ich habe dir keineswegs entbieten lassen: Dein Silber und dein Gold, deine Weiber und deine Kinder sollst du mir geben!

Και επανηλθον οι μηνυται και ειπον, Ουτως αποκρινεται ο Βεν-αδαδ, λεγων· Επειδη απεστειλα προς σε, λεγων, Το αργυριον σου και το χρυσιον σου και τας γυναικας σου και τα τεκνα σου θελεις παραδωσει εις εμε,

Και επανήλθον οι μηνυταί και είπον, Ούτως αποκρίνεται ο Βεν-αδάδ, λέγων· Επειδή απέστειλα προς σε, λέγων, Το αργύριόν σου και το χρυσίον σου και τας γυναίκάς σου και τα τέκνα σου θέλεις παραδώσει εις εμέ,

And the messengers came again, and said, Thus speaketh Ben-hadad, saying, I sent indeed unto thee, saying, Thou shalt deliver me thy silver, and thy gold, and thy wives, and thy children;

Then the representatives came back again, and said, These are the words of Ben-hadad: I sent to you saying, Give up to me your silver and your gold, your wives and your children;

And the messengers, returning, said: “Thus says Benhadad, who sent us to you: Your silver and your gold, and your wives and your sons, you shall give to me.
