وقال داود لسليمان ابنه تشدد وتشجع واعمل لا تخف ولا ترتعب لان الرب الاله الهي معك. لا يخذلك ولا يتركك حتى تكمل كل عمل خدمة بيت الرب.

Und David sprach zu seinem Sohne Salomo: Sei stark und fest und führe es aus! Fürchte dich nicht und erschrick nicht! Denn der HERR, Gott, mein Gott, ist mit dir und wird dich nicht loslassen noch dich verlassen, bis du alle Werke für den Dienst am Hause des HERRN vollendet hast.

Sodann sprach David zu seinem Sohne Salomo: Sei mutig und stark und gehe ans Werk! Sei getrost und laß dich nicht erschrecken; den Gott Jahwe, mein Gott, wird mit dir sein. Er wird dich nicht loslassen und dich nicht im Stiche lassen, bis alle Arbeiten für den Dienst am Tempel Jahwes vollendet sind.

Και ειπεν ο Δαβιδ προς Σολομωντα τον υιον αυτου, Ενδυναμου και ανδριζου και εκτελει μη φοβου μηδε πτοηθης· διοτι Κυριος ο Θεος, ο Θεος μου, θελει εισθαι μετα σου· δεν θελει σε αφησει ουδε σε εγκαταλειψει, εωσου τελειωσης απαν το εργον της υπηρεσιας του οικου του Κυριου.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed; for Jehovah God, even my God, is with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until all the work for the service of the house of Jehovah be finished.
