Eller om Gud har forsøgt at komme for at tage sig et Folk midt ud af Folket, ved Forsøgelser, ved Tegn og ved underlige Gerninger og ved Krig og ved en stærk Haand og ved en udrakt Arm og ved store forfærdelige Gerninger, efter alt det som Herren eders Gud har gjort ved eder i Ægypten for dine Øjne?

oder ob je ein Gott auch nur den Versuch gemacht hat, auf die Erde zu kommen, um sich ein Volk mitten aus einem andern Volk herauszuholen durch Prüfungen, durch Zeichen und Wunder, durch Krieg, mit starker Hand und hocherhobenem Arm und durch schreckenerregende Großtaten, wie das alles der HERR, euer Gott, in Ägypten vor euren Augen an euch getan hat.

oder ob je ein Gott versucht habe, hinzugehen und sich ein Volk mitten aus einem andern Volk zu nehmen durch große Prüfungen, durch Zeichen, durch Wunder, durch Kampf und durch eine mächtige Hand und durch einen ausgestreckten Arm und durch schreckliche, große Taten, wie das alles der HERR, euer Gott, mit euch in Ägypten vor deinen Augen getan hat?

Oder ob je ein Gott auch nur den Versuch gemacht hat, auf Erden zu kommen, um sich mit Machterweisen, Zeichen und Wundern, mit Krieg, mit starker Hand und ausgerecktem Arm und mit erstaunlicher Gewalt eine Nation aus der Mitte einer andern herauszuholen, wie es doch Jahwe, euer Gott, vor deinen Augen in Ägypten mit euch gethan hat!

Η εδοκίμασεν ο Θεός να έλθη να λάβη εις εαυτόν έθνος εκ μέσου άλλου έθνους με δοκιμασίας, με σημεία και με θαύματα και με πόλεμον και με κραταιάν χείρα και με εξηπλωμένον βραχίονα και με μεγάλα τέρατα, κατά πάντα όσα Κύριος ο Θεός σας έκαμε διά σας εν Αιγύπτω ενώπιον των οφθαλμών σου;

Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Has God ever before taken a nation for himself from out of another nation, by punishments and signs and wonders, by war and by a strong hand and a stretched-out arm and great acts of wonder and fear, as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes?
