Και ουτως ειδον τους ιππους εν τη ορασει και τους καθημενους επ' αυτων, οτι ειχον θωρακας πυρινους και υακινθινους και θειωδεις· και αι κεφαλαι των ιππων ησαν ως κεφαλαι λεοντων, και εκ των στοματων αυτων εξηρχετο πυρ και καπνος και θειον.

Og således så jeg hestene i mitt syn, og dem som satt på dem: de hadde ildrøde og mørkerøde og svovelgule brynjer, og hestenes hoder var som løvehoder, og av deres munn gikk det ut ild og røk og svovel.
