Protož děkuji tomu, kterýž mne zmocnil, Kristu Ježíši Pánu našemu, že mne za věrného soudil, aby mne v službě té postavil,

Jeg takker ham, som gjorde mig stærk, Kristus Jesus, vor Herre, fordi han agtede mig for tro, idet han satte mig til en Tjeneste,

Und ich danke Christo Jesu, unserem Herrn, der mir Kraft verliehen, daß er mich treu erachtet hat, indem er den in den Dienst stellte,

I thank him that enabled me, even Christ Jesus our Lord, for that he counted me faithful, appointing me to his service;

I give praise to him who gave me power, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he took me to be true, making me his servant,

For our glory is this: the testimony of our conscience, which is found in simplicity of heart and in sincerity toward God. And it is not with worldly wisdom, but in the grace of God, that we have conversed with this world, and more abundantly toward you.

[And] I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me power, that he has counted me faithful, appointing to ministry him

Mi dankas Kriston Jesuon, nian Sinjoron, kiu min kapabligas, tial, ke li trovis min fidela, destinante min al sia servado;

Nuestra gloria es esta: el testimonio de nuestra conciencia, según la cual nos hemos conducido en el mundo, y principalmente entre vosotros, con simplicidad y sinceridad de Dios, no según la sabiduría de la carne, sino con la gracia de Dios.
