An jenem Tage weihte der König den mittleren Teil des Vorhofes, der vor dem Tempel des HERRN liegt, zur Opferstätte; denn er brachte dort die Brandopfer, die Speisopfer und die Fettstücke der Heilsopfer dar, weil der eherne Altar, der vor dem Tempel des HERRN steht, zu klein war, um die Brand- und Speisopfer und die Fettstücke der Heilsopfer zu fassen.

An jenem Tage weihte der König den innern Vorhof, der vor dem Hause des HERRN war, damit, daß er Brandopfer, Speisopfer und das Fett der Dankopfer daselbst zurichtete; denn der eherne Altar, der vor dem HERRN stand, war zu klein für die Brandopfer, Speisopfer und für das Fett der Dankopfer.

Jenes Tages weihte der König den mittleren Teil des Vorhofs, der vor dem Tempel Jahwes liegt, indem er die Brandopfer, die Speisopfer und die Fettstücke der Heilsopfer daselbst opferte. Denn der eherne Altar, der vor Jahwe stand, war zu klein, um die Brandopfer und Speisopfer und die Fettstücke der Heilopfer zu fassen.
