فقال يربعام لامرأته قومي غيّري شكلك حتى لا يعلموا انك امرأة يربعام واذهبي الى شيلوه. هوذا هناك اخيا النبي الذي قال عني اني املك على هذا الشعب.

Da sagte Jerobeam zu seiner Gemahlin: »Mache dich auf, verkleide dich, damit man die Gemahlin Jerobeams in dir nicht erkenne, und begib dich nach Silo. Dort wohnt nämlich der Prophet Ahia, derselbe, der mir einst angekündigt hat, daß ich König über dieses Volk werden würde.

Und Jerobeam sprach zu seinem Weibe: Mache dich auf und verstelle dich, daß niemand merke, daß du Jerobeams Weib bist, und gehe nach Silo; siehe, daselbst ist der Prophet Achija, der von mir geredet hat, daß ich König über dieses Volk sein sollte;

Da sprach Jerobeam zu seiner Gemahlin: Wohlan, verkleide dich, daß man dir nicht anmerke, daß du die Gemahlin Jerobeams bist, und begieb dich nach Silo. Dort ist ja der Prophet Ahia, der den Ausspruch über mich gethan hat, daß ich König werden solle über dieses Volk.

Και ειπεν ο Ιεροβοαμ προς την γυναικα αυτου, Σηκωθητι, παρακαλω, και μετασχηματισθητι, ωστε να μη γνωρισωσιν οτι εισαι γυνη του Ιεροβοαμ, και υπαγε εις Σηλω· ιδου, εκει ειναι Αχια ο προφητης, οστις ειπε προς εμε οτι θελω βασιλευσει επι τον λαον τουτον·

Και είπεν ο Ιεροβοάμ προς την γυναίκα αυτού, Σηκώθητι, παρακαλώ, και μετασχηματίσθητι, ώστε να μη γνωρίσωσιν ότι είσαι γυνή του Ιεροβοάμ, και ύπαγε εις Σηλώ· ιδού, εκεί είναι Αχιά ο προφήτης, όστις είπε προς εμέ ότι θέλω βασιλεύσει επί τον λαόν τούτον·

And Jeroboam said to his wife, Arise, I pray thee, and disguise thyself, that thou be not known to be the wife of Jeroboam; and get thee to Shiloh: behold, there is Ahijah the prophet, who spake concerning me that I should be king over this people.

And Jeroboam said to his wife, Now come, put on different clothing so that you may not seem to be the wife of Jeroboam, and go to Shiloh; see, Ahijah is there, the prophet who said I would be king over this people.

And Jeroboam said to his wife: “Rise up, and change clothing, so that you will not be recognized to be the wife of Jeroboam. And go to Shiloh, where the prophet Ahijah is, who said to me that I should reign over this people.
