About this tool

Each Brazilian state has its own format and check-digit algorithm for the Inscrição Estadual (state tax registration). This tool generates numbers that pass validation but are not registered with any real company — they are for software testing only.

The generator covers all 27 UFs and uses the official check-digit rules published by each state. The numbers are random and satisfy the mathematical constraints, but they are not linked to any taxpayer.

Using generated numbers on real tax documents or government systems is illegal. This tool exists for developers who need valid-format test data for form validation, automated tests or staging environments.
