ونحميا اي الترشاثا وعزرا الكاهن الكاتب واللاويون المفهمون الشعب قالوا لجميع الشعب هذا اليوم مقدس للرب الهكم لا تنوحوا ولا تبكوا. لان جميع الشعب بكوا حين سمعوا كلام الشريعة.
