فارسل راكب فرس ثانيا. فلما وصل اليهم قال هكذا يقول الملك أسلام. فقال ياهو ما لك وللسلام. در الى ورائي.

Ještě poslal druhého jízdného. Kterýž přijel k nim a řekl: Takto praví král: Jest-li pokoj? Odpověděl Jéhu: Co tobě do pokoje? Jeď za mnou.

Da sendte han en anden Rytter; der han kom til dem, da sagde han: Saa sagde Kongen: Er der Fred? Og Jehu sagde: Hvad har du med Freden at gøre? vend dig omkring og følg mig!

Da sandte er einen andern Reiter. Als der zu ihm kam, sprach er: So spricht der König: Bedeutet es Friede? Jehu sprach: Was geht dich der Friede an? Wende dich, folge mir!

Da sandte er einen zweiten Reiter ab. Als der zu ihnen gelangt war, sprach er: So läßt der König fragen: Kommt ihr in friedlicher Absicht? Jehu aber antwortete: Was geht das dich an? Lenke um und folge mir!

Και απεστειλε δευτερον επιβατην ιππου· οστις, ελθων προς αυτους, ειπεν, Ουτω λεγει ο βασιλευς· Ειρηνη; Και απεκριθη ο Ιηου, Τι σε μελει περι ειρηνης; στρεψον οπισω μου.

Και απέστειλε δεύτερον επιβάτην ίππου· όστις, ελθών προς αυτούς, είπεν, Ούτω λέγει ο βασιλεύς· Ειρήνη; Και απεκρίθη ο Ιηού, Τι σε μέλει περί ειρήνης; στρέψον οπίσω μου.

Then he sent out a second on horseback, who came to them, and said, Thus saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu answered, What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.

王 又 打 發 一 個 騎 馬 的 去 。 這 人 到 了 他 們 那 裡 ， 說 ： 王 問 說 ， 平 安 不 平 安 ？ 耶 戶 說 ： 平 安 不 平 安 與 你 何 干 ？ 你 轉 在 我 後 頭 罷 ！

王又派第二個騎兵去。他來到他們那裡，說：“王這樣問：‘平安嗎？’”耶戶說：“平安不平安和你有甚麼關係呢？轉到我後面去吧！”
