فلما سمعت هذا الكلام جلست وبكيت ونحت اياما وصمت وصلّيت امام اله السماء

Kterážto slova když jsem uslyšel, sedna plakal jsem a kvílil za několik dní, a postil jsem se, i modlil před Bohem nebeským.

Og det skete, der jeg hørte disse Ord, satte jeg mig hen og græd og sørgede nogle Dage, og jeg fastede og bad for Guds Ansigt i Himmelen.
