Και ειπεν ο Αχααβ, Δια τινος; Ο δε απεκριθη, Ουτω λεγει Κυριος· Δια των θεραποντων των αρχοντων των επαρχιων. Τοτε ειπε, Τις θελει συγκροτησει την μαχην; Και απεκριθη, Συ.

Preguntó Acab: “¿Por medio de quién?” Y él respondió: “Así dice Yahvé: Por medio de las tropas de los jefes de las provincias.” “¿Y quién, replicó (Acab), comenzará la batalla?” “Tú”, respondió él.
