Περι του οικου τουτου, τον οποιον συ οικοδομεις, εαν περιπατης εις τα διαταγματα μου και εκτελης τας κρισεις μου και φυλαττης πασας τας εντολας μου περιπατων εις αυτας, τοτε θελω βεβαιωσει τον λογον μου μετα σου, τον οποιον ελαλησα προς Δαβιδ τον πατερα σου·

Περί του οίκου τούτου, τον οποίον συ οικοδομείς, εάν περιπατής εις τα διατάγματά μου και εκτελής τας κρίσεις μου και φυλάττης πάσας τας εντολάς μου περιπατών εις αυτάς, τότε θέλω βεβαιώσει τον λόγον μου μετά σου, τον οποίον ελάλησα προς Δαβίδ τον πατέρα σού·

Concerning this house which thou art building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute mine ordinances, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I establish my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father.

About this house which you are building: if you will keep my laws and give effect to my decisions and be guided by my rules, I will give effect to my word which I gave to David your father.

論 到 你 所 建 的 這 殿 ， 你 若 遵 行 我 的 律 例 ， 謹 守 我 的 典 章 ， 遵 從 我 的 一 切 誡 命 ， 我 必 向 你 應 驗 我 所 應 許 你 父 親 大 衛 的 話 。

“關於你正在建造的這殿，如果你遵行我的律例，實行我的典章，謹守我的一切誡命，並且照著去行，我就必向你實現我應許你父親大衛的話。
