لكن كنت اطلب الى الله وعلى الله اجعل امري.

Jistě žeť bych já hledal Boha silného, a jemu bych předložil při svou,

Dog jeg vilde søge hen til Gud, og til Gud vilde jeg rette min Tale;

Ich jedoch würde Gott suchen und Gott meine Sache darlegen,

»Doch ich, an den Höchsten würde ich mich wenden und meine Sache Gott anheimstellen,

Aber doch würde ich Gott suchen und meine Rede an ihn richten,

Ich aber würde mich an den Allmächtigen wenden und meine Sache Gott vorlegen,

Αλλ' εγω τον Θεον θελω επικαλεσθη, και εν τω Θεω θελω εναποθεσει την υποθεσιν μου·
