فقال لي لا تخف يا دانيال لانه من اليوم الاول الذي فيه جعلت قلبك للفهم ولاذلال نفسك قدام الهك سمع كلامك وانا اتيت لاجل كلامك.

Pročež řekl mi: Nebojž se, Danieli; nebo od prvního dne, jakž jsi přiložil srdce své, abys rozuměl, a trápil se před Bohem svým, vyslyšána jsou slova tvá, a já přišel jsem příčinou slov tvých.

Og han sagde til mig: Frygt ikke, Daniel! thi fra den første Dag, du gav dit Hjerte hen til at forstaa og til at ydmyge dig for din Gud, ere dine Ord hørte; og jeg er kommen for dine Ords Skyld.

Und er sprach zu mir: Fürchte dich nicht, Daniel! denn von dem ersten Tage an, da du dein Herz darauf gerichtet hast, Verständnis zu erlangen und dich vor deinem Gott zu demütigen, sind deine Worte erhört worden; und um deiner Worte willen bin ich gekommen.

Und er sprach zu mir: Fürchte dich nicht, Daniel! Denn von dem ersten Tage an, da du dein Herz darauf gerichtet hast, Verständnis zu erlangen und dich vor deinem Gott zu demütigen, sind deine Worte erhört worden; und um deiner Worte willen bin ich gekommen.

Dann fuhr er fort: »Fürchte dich nicht, Daniel! Denn gleich am ersten Tage, als du deinen Sinn darauf richtetest, Belehrung zu erlangen und dich vor deinem Gott zu demütigen, haben deine Worte Erhörung gefunden. Ich hatte mich um deines Gebets willen aufgemacht, um zu kommen;

Da sprach er zu mir: Fürchte dich nicht, Daniel! Denn von dem ersten Tage an, da du dein Herz darauf richtetest, zu verstehen und dich vor deinem Gott zu demütigen, sind deine Worte erhört worden, und ich bin gekommen um deiner Worte willen.

Sodann sprach er zu mir: Sei getrost, Daniel, denn gleich am ersten Tage, da du dir vorgenommen hast, Erkenntnis zu gewinnen und dich vor deinem Gotte zu demütigen, sind deine Worte erhört worden, und ich bin wegen deiner Worte erschienen.

Και ειπε προς εμε, Μη φοβου, Δανιηλ· διοτι απο της πρωτης ημερας, καθ' ην εδωκας την καρδιαν σου εις το να εννοης και κακουχησαι ενωπιον του Θεου σου, εισηκουσθησαν οι λογοι σου και εγω ηλθον εις τους λογους σου.

Και είπε προς εμέ, Μη φοβού, Δανιήλ· διότι από της πρώτης ημέρας, καθ' ην έδωκας την καρδίαν σου εις το να εννοής και κακουχήσαι ενώπιον του Θεού σου, εισηκούσθησαν οι λόγοι σου και εγώ ήλθον εις τους λόγους σου.

Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel; for from the first day that thou didst set thy heart to understand, and to humble thyself before thy God, thy words were heard: and I am come for thy words’ sake.

Then he said to me, Have no fear, Daniel; for from the first day when you gave your heart to getting wisdom and making yourself poor in spirit before your God, your words have come to his ears: and I have come because of your words.

And this shall be: when the Lord will have completed each of his works on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, I will act against the fruit of the exalted heart of king Assur, and against the glory of the haughtiness of his eyes.

And he said unto me, Fear not, Daniel; for from the first day that thou didst set thy heart to understand, and to humble thyself before thyGod, thy words were heard, and I am come because of thy words.

And it shall come to pass, that when the Lord shall have performed all his works in mount Sion, and in Jerusalem, I will visit the fruit of the proud heart of the king of Assyria, and the glory of the haughtiness of his eyes.

Then sayd he vnto me, Feare not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou diddest set thine heart to vnderstand, and to humble thy selfe before thy God, thy wordes were heard, and I am come for thy wordes.

Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Then said he to me, "Do not be afraid, Daniel; for from the first day that you did set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. And I have come because of your words.

Then said he to me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thy heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Then he said to me, Don’t be afraid, Daniel; for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard: and I have come for your words’ sake.

And he saith unto me: Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that thou didst give thy heart to understand, and to humble thyself before thy God, thy words have been heard, and I have come because of thy words.

Et il me dit: Ne crains pas, Daniel, car dès le premier jour où tu as appliqué ton cœur à comprendre et à t’humilier devant ton Dieu, tes paroles ont été entendues, et moi, je suis venu à cause de tes paroles;

Elle le garda contre ses ennemis, et le protégea contre ceux qui lui dressaient des embûches; elle lui donna la victoire dans un rude combat, pour lui apprendre que la piété est plus puissante que tout.

Og han sa til mig: Frykt ikke, Daniel! For fra den første dag du vendte din hu til å vinne forstand og til å ydmyke dig for din Guds åsyn, er dine ord blitt hørt, og for dine ords skyld er jeg kommet.

Og han sagde til meg: «Ottast ikkje, Daniel, for alt frå den fyrste dagen då vende hjarta ditt til å vinna skyn og å audmykja deg for Gud, hev ordi dine vore høyrde; og for ordi dine skuld er eg komen no.

Então me disse: Não temas, Daniel; porque desde o primeiro dia em que aplicaste o teu coração a compreender e a humilhar-te perante o teu Deus, são ouvidas as tuas palavras, e por causa das tuas palavras eu vim.

他 就 說 ： 但 以 理 啊 ， 不 要 懼 怕 ！ 因 為 從 你 第 一 日 專 心 求 明 白 將 來 的 事 ， 又 在 你 神 面 前 刻 苦 己 心 ， 你 的 言 語 已 蒙 應 允 ； 我 是 因 你 的 言 語 而 來 。

他又對我說：“但以理啊！不要懼怕，因為自從你第一天決心要明白這些事，又在你的　神面前謙卑自己，你禱告的話已蒙垂聽了；我就是因你禱告的話而來的。
