وكان عند تمام السنة في وقت خروج الملوك ان داود ارسل يوآب وعبيده معه وجميع اسرائيل فاخربوا بني عمون وحاصروا ربّة. واما داود فاقام في اورشليم.

I stalo se po roce, když králové vyjíždívají na vojnu, že poslal David Joába a služebníky své s ním, též i všecken Izrael, aby hubili Ammonitské; i oblehli Rabba. David pak zůstal v Jeruzalémě.

Εν δε τω ακολουθω ετει, καθ' ον καιρον εκστρατευουσιν οι βασιλεις, απεστειλεν ο Δαβιδ τον Ιωαβ και τους δουλους αυτου μετ' αυτου και παντα τον Ισραηλ· και κατεστρεψαν τους υιους Αμμων και επολιορκησαν την Ραββα. Ο δε Δαβιδ εμεινεν εν Ιερουσαλημ.

Εν δε τω ακολούθω έτει, καθ' ον καιρόν εκστρατεύουσιν οι βασιλείς, απέστειλεν ο Δαβίδ τον Ιωάβ και τους δούλους αυτού μετ' αυτού και πάντα τον Ισραήλ· και κατέστρεψαν τους υιούς Αμμών και επολιόρκησαν την Ραββά. Ο δε Δαβίδ έμεινεν εν Ιερουσαλήμ.
