نزلت الى اسافل الجبال. مغاليق الارض عليّ الى الابد. ثم اصعدت من الوهدة حياتي ايها الرب الهي.
Až k spodkům hor dostal jsem se, země závorami svými zalehla mi na věčnost, ty jsi však vysvobodil od porušení život můj, ó Hospodine Bože můj.
Vandene omsluttede mig indtil Sjælen, Dybet omgav mig, Tang var viklet om mit Hoved.
Die Wasser umfingen mich bis an die Seele, die Tiefe umschloß mich, das Meergras schlang sich um mein Haupt.
(H2:7) Ich fuhr hinab zu den Gründen der Berge; der Erde Riegel waren hinter mir auf ewig. Da führtest du mein Leben aus der Grube herauf, Jehova, mein Gott.
Die Wasser umgaben mich und gingen mir bis an die Seele; die Tiefe umfing mich, Seegras hatte sich mir ums Haupt geschlungen;
(H2-7) Zu den Gründen der Berge sank ich hinunter; die Erde war auf ewig hinter mir verriegelt; da hast du, HERR, mein Gott, mein Leben aus dem Verderben geführt!
Die Wasser umfingen mich und gingen mir bis ans Leben. Es umringte mich die Flut; Meergras war um mein Haupt geschlungen.

(2:7) Tôi đã xuống đến chơn nền các núi; Ðất đã đóng then nó trên tôi đời đời. Hỡi Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời tôi, nhưng Ngài đã đem mạng sống tôi lên khỏi hầm hố!
我 下 到 山 根 ， 地 的 門 將 我 永 遠 關 住 。 耶 和 華 ─ 我 的 神 啊 ， 你 卻 將 我 的 性 命 從 坑 中 救 出 來 。
我下沉直到山麓，大地的門閂把我永遠關閉；耶和華我的 神啊！你卻把我的性命從坑中拉上來。
