وفي انبياء اورشليم رأيت ما يقشعر منه. يفسقون ويسلكون بالكذب ويشددون ايادي فاعلي الشر حتى لا يرجعوا الواحد عن شره. صاروا لي كلهم كسدوم وسكانها كعمورة.

Ale při prorocích Jeruzalémských vidím hroznou věc, že cizoložíce a se lží se obcházejíce, posilňují také rukou nešlechetníků, aby se neobrátil žádný od nešlechetnosti své. Mám všecky za podobné Sodomě, a obyvatele jeho za podobné Gomoře.

Aber an den Propheten Jerusalems habe ich Schauderhaftes gesehen: Ehebrechen und in der Lüge Wandeln, und sie stärken die Hände der Übeltäter, auf daß sie nicht umkehren, ein jeder von seiner Bosheit; sie sind mir allesamt wie Sodom geworden, und seine Bewohner wie Gomorra.

aber an den Propheten Jerusalems habe ich Grauenvolles erlebt: Ehebruch und Wandel in der Lüge, und sie bestärken die Übeltäter in ihrem Tun, damit sich ja keiner von ihnen von seiner Bosheit bekehre. Ich achte sie allesamt den Leuten von Sodom gleich und die Bewohner ihrer Stadt den Leuten von Gomorrha!«

aber bei den Propheten zu Jerusalem habe ich Schauderhaftes wahrgenommen, nämlich Ehebruch und betrügerischen Lebenswandel; sie stärken die Hände der Bösen, so daß niemand mehr von seiner Bosheit umkehrt; sie sind mir alle wie Sodomiter geworden und ihre Einwohner wie die von Gomorra.

αλλ' εν τοις προφηταις της Ιερουσαλημ ειδον φρικην· μοιχευουσι και περιπατουσιν εν ψευδει και ενισχυουσι τας χειρας των κακουργων, ωστε ουδεις επιστρεφει απο της κακιας αυτου· παντες ουτοι ειναι εις εμε ως Σοδομα και οι κατοικοι αυτης ως Γομορρα.

De a jeruzsálemi prófétákban is rútságot láttam: paráználkodnak és hazugságban járnak; sőt pártját fogják a gonoszoknak, annyira, hogy senki sem tér meg az ő gonoszságából; olyanok előttem mindnyájan, mint Sodoma, és a benne lakók, mint Gomora.
