Alle Monate werden sie reife Früchte tragen; denn das Wasser, an dem sie stehen, fließt aus dem Heiligtum hervor; daher werden ihre Früchte zur Nahrung dienen und ihre Blätter zu Heilzwecken.«

Aber an diesem Strom, auf beiden Seiten seines Ufers, werden allerlei fruchtbare Bäume wachsen, deren Blätter nicht abfallen und deren Früchte nicht aufhören werden. Alle Monate werden sie neue Früchte bringen; denn ihr Wasser fließt aus dem Heiligtum. Ihre Frucht dient zur Speise und ihre Blätter zur Arznei.

An dem Flusse aber sollen zu beiden Seiten seines Ufers allerlei Bäume mit genießbaren Früchten wachsen; deren Laub soll nicht welken und deren Früchte sollen kein Ende nehmen. Alle Monate sollen sie frische Früchte tragen; denn ihr Wasser geht vom Heiligtum aus. Und ihre Früchte werden als Speise dienen und ihr Laub als Heilmittel.

Πλησίον δε του ποταμού επί του χείλους αυτού, εντεύθεν και εντεύθεν, θέλουσιν αυξάνεσθαι δένδρα παντός είδους διά τροφήν, των οποίων τα φύλλα δεν θέλουσι μαραίνεσθαι και ο καρπός αυτών δεν θέλει εκλείψει· νέος καρπός θέλει γεννάσθαι καθ' έκαστον μήνα, διότι τα ύδατα αυτού εξέρχονται από του αγιαστηρίου· και ο καρπός αυτών θέλει είσθαι διά τροφήν και το φύλλον αυτών διά ιατρείαν.

Leur feuille ne se flétrira pas, et leur fruit ne cessera pas: tous les mois ils porteront du fruit mûr; car ses eaux sortent du sanctuaire. Et leur fruit sera pour nourrir, et leur feuille, pour guérir.
