(H6:23) Mein Gott hat seinen Engel gesandt und hat den Rachen der Löwen verschlossen, daß sie mich nicht verletzt haben, weil vor ihm Unschuld an mir gefunden wurde; und auch vor dir, o König, habe ich kein Verbrechen begangen.
Da antwortete Daniel dem König: »O König, mögest du ewig leben!
(H6-23) Mein Gott hat seinen Engel gesandt und der Löwen Rachen verschlossen, daß sie mir kein Leid zufügten, weil vor ihm meine Unschuld offenbar war und ich auch vor dir nichts Böses verübt habe!
Da redete Daniel mit dem König: O König! Mögest du immer dar leben!
Ο Θεος μου απεστειλε τον αγγελον αυτου και εφραξε τα στοματα των λεοντων και δεν με εβλαψαν, διοτι αθωοτης ευρεθη εν εμοι ενωπιον αυτου, και ετι ενωπιον σου, βασιλευ, πταισμα δεν επραξα.
Ο Θεός μου απέστειλε τον άγγελον αυτού και έφραξε τα στόματα των λεόντων και δεν με έβλαψαν, διότι αθωότης ευρέθη εν εμοί ενώπιον αυτού, και έτι ενώπιόν σου, βασιλεύ, πταίσμα δεν έπραξα.
