I mluvil David Hospodinu, když uzřel anděla, an bije lid, a řekl: Aj, já jsem zhřešil, a já jsem neprávě učinil, ale tito, jsouce jako ovce, co učinili? Nechť jest, prosím, ruka tvá proti mně a proti domu otce mého.

Als David den Engel sah, der das Volk schlug, sprach er zum HERRN: Siehe, ich habe gesündigt, ich habe die Missetat begangen! Was haben aber diese Schafe getan? Laß doch deine Hand wider mich und wider meines Vaters Haus gerichtet sein!

Als aber David sah, wie der Engel das Volk niederschlug, betete er also zu Jahwe: Ich habe ja gesündigt und habe mich verschuldet; diese aber, die Schafe, - was haben sie gethan? Laß doch deine Hand sich gegen mich und meine Familie wenden!

Και ελαλησεν ο Δαβιδ προς τον Κυριον, οτε ειδε τον αγγελον τον θανατονοντα τον λαον, και ειπεν, Ιδου, εγω ημαρτον και εγω ηνομησα· ταυτα δε τα προβατα τι επραξαν; κατ' εμου λοιπον εστω η χειρ σου και κατα του οικου του πατρος μου.

Και ελάλησεν ο Δαβίδ προς τον Κύριον, ότε είδε τον άγγελον τον θανατόνοντα τον λαόν, και είπεν, Ιδού, εγώ ήμαρτον και εγώ ηνόμησα· ταύτα δε τα πρόβατα τι έπραξαν; κατ' εμού λοιπόν έστω η χειρ σου και κατά του οίκου του πατρός μου.

And David spake unto Jehovah when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done perversely; but these sheep, what have they done? let thy hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father’s house.

And when David saw the angel who was causing the destruction of the people, he said to the Lord, Truly, the sin is mine; I have done wrong: but these are only sheep; what have they done? let your hand be against me and against my family.

And when he had seen the Angel cutting down the people, David said to the Lord: “I am the one who sinned. I have acted iniquitously. These ones who are the sheep, what have they done? I beg you that your hand may be turned against me and against my father’s house.”

And David spoke to Jehovah when he saw the angel that smote among the people, and said, Behold, it is I that have sinned, and it is I that have committed iniquity; but these sheep, what have they done? let thy hand, I pray thee, be on me, and on my father's house!

And David said to the Lord, when he saw the angel striking the people: It is I; I am he that have sinned, I have done wickedly: these that are the sheep, what have they done? let thy hand, I beseech thee, be turned against me, and against my father's house.

¶ Y David dijo a Jehová, cuando vio al ángel que hería al pueblo: Yo pequé, yo hice la maldad: ¿Estas ovejas qué hicieron? Ruégote que tu mano se torne contra mí, y contra la casa de mi padre.

Da David så engelen som slo ihjel blandt folket, sa han til Herren: Det er jeg som har syndet, det er jeg som har gjort ille; men denne min hjord, hvad har de gjort? La din hånd komme over mig og over min fars hus!

Men då David fekk sjå engelen som herja millom folket, tala han so til Herren: «Det er då eg som hev synda, det er eg som hev fare gale! men desse sauerne - kva hev dei gjort? Gjev handi di må venda seg mot meg og farshuset mitt!»

И сказал Давид Господу, когда увидел Ангела, поражавшего народ, говоря: вот, я согрешил, я поступил беззаконно; а эти овцы, что сделали они? пусть же рука Твоя обратится на меня и на дом отца моего.

Men när David fick se ängeln som slog folket, sade han till HERREN så: »Det är ju jag som har syndat, det är jag som har gjort illa; men dessa, min hjord, vad hava de gjort? Må din hand vända sig mot mig och min faders hus.»

Ða-vít thấy thiên sứ hành hại dân sự, bèn thưa với Ðức Giê-hô-va như vầy: Ấy chính tôi đã phạm tội, tôi là kẻ có tội; còn các con chiên kia có làm chi? Nguyện tay Chúa chỉ hành hại tôi và nhà cha tôi.

大 衛 看 見 滅 民 的 天 使 ， 就 禱 告 耶 和 華 說 ： 我 犯 了 罪 ， 行 了 惡 ； 但 這 群 羊 做 了 甚 麼 呢 ？ 願 你 的 手 攻 擊 我 和 我 的 父 家 。

大衛看見那擊殺人民的天使，就對耶和華說：“犯了罪的是我，行了惡的是我，這群羊又作了甚麼呢？求你的手攻擊我和我的父家吧！”
