فقام الملك ليلا وقال لعبيده لاخبرنّكم ما فعل لنا الاراميون. علموا اننا جياع فخرجوا من المحلّة ليختبئوا في حقل قائلين اذا خرجوا من المدينة قبضنا عليهم احياء ودخلنا المدينة.

Vstav tedy král v noci, řekl služebníkům svým: Povím vám nyní, co jsou nám udělali Syrští. Vědí, že jsme hladovití, protož vyšli z ležení, aby se skryli v poli, řkouce: Když vyjdou z města, zjímáme je živé a vejdeme do města.

Og Kongen stod op om Natten og sagde til sine Tjenere: Jeg vil kundgøre eder, hvad Syrerne have gjort imod os: De vide, at vi lide Hunger, derfor ere de udgangne af Lejren for at skjule sig paa Marken, sigende: Naar de gaa ud af Staden, da ville vi gribe dem levende og komme ind i Staden.

Da stand der König in der Nacht auf und sprach zu seinen Knechten: Ich will euch sagen, was die Syrer uns getan haben: sie wissen, daß wir Hunger leiden, und sie sind aus dem Lager gegangen, um sich auf dem Felde zu verbergen, indem sie sagen: Wenn sie aus der Stadt herausgehen, so wollen wir sie lebendig greifen und in die Stadt eindringen.

Weil sie wissen, daß wir Hunger leiden, haben sie ihr Lager verlassen, um sich irgendwo in der Gegend zu verstecken, indem sie denken: ›Wenn die aus der Stadt herausgekommen sind, wollen wir sie lebendig gefangennehmen und dann in die Stadt eindringen.‹«

Und der König stand in der Nacht auf und sprach zu seinen Knechten: Ich will euch doch sagen, was die Syrer mit uns vorhaben: Sie wissen, daß wir Hunger leiden, und sind aus dem Lager gegangen, um sich im Felde zu verbergen, und denken: Wenn die aus der Stadt gehen, wollen wir sie lebendig fangen und in die Stadt eindringen.

Da erhob sich der König mitten in der Nacht und sprach zu seinen Dienern: Ich will euch sagen, was die Aramäer gegen uns angestiftet haben. Sie wissen, daß wir Hunger leiden, da haben sie denn das Lager verlassen, um sich draußen herum zu verstecken, indem sie denken: Wenn sie aus der Stadt herauskommen, wollen wir sie lebendig greifen und in die Stadt eindringen!

Και σηκωθεις ο βασιλευς την νυκτα, ειπε προς τους δουλους αυτου, Τωρα θελω φανερωσει προς εσας τι εκαμον οι Συριοι εις ημας· εγνωρισαν οτι ειμεθα πεινασμενοι και εξηλθον εκ του στρατοπεδου, δια να κρυφθωσιν εν τοις αγροις, λεγοντες, Οταν εξελθωσιν εκ της πολεως, θελομεν συλλαβει αυτους ζωντας, και εις την πολιν θελομεν εισελθει.

Και σηκωθείς ο βασιλεύς την νύκτα, είπε προς τους δούλους αυτού, Τώρα θέλω φανερώσει προς εσάς τι έκαμον οι Σύριοι εις ημάς· εγνώρισαν ότι είμεθα πεινασμένοι και εξήλθον εκ του στρατοπέδου, διά να κρυφθώσιν εν τοις αγροίς, λέγοντες, Όταν εξέλθωσιν εκ της πόλεως, θέλομεν συλλάβει αυτούς ζώντας, και εις την πόλιν θέλομεν εισέλθει.

And the king arose in the night, and said unto his servants, I will now show you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall take them alive, and get into the city.

Then the king got up in the night and said to his servants, This is my idea of what the Aramaeans have done to us. They have knowledge that we are without food; and so they have gone out of their tents, and are waiting secretly in the open country, saying, When they come out of the town, we will take them living and get into the town.

And he rose up in the night, and he said to his servants: “I tell you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are suffering from famine, and therefore they have gone out from the camp, and they lie hidden in the fields, saying: ‘When they will have gone out from the city, we will capture them alive, and then we will be able to enter the city.’”

And the king rose up in the night and said to his servants, Let me tell you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are hungry, and they have gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city.

Y levantóse el rey de noche, y dijo a sus siervos: Yo os declararé lo que nos han hecho los Siros: ellos saben que tenemos hambre, y hánse salido de las tiendas, y escondídose en el campo, diciendo: Cuando hubieren salido de la ciudad, los tomaremos vivos, y entraremos en la ciudad.

Y levantóse el rey de noche, y dijo á sus siervos: Yo os declararé lo que nos han hecho los Siros. Ellos saben que tenemos hambre, y hanse salido de las tiendas y escondídose en el campo, diciendo: Cuando hubieren salido de la ciudad, los tomaremos vivos, y entraremos en la ciudad.

Ja kuningas nousi yöllä ja sanoi palvelioillensa: minä sanon teille, kuinka Syrialaiset tekevät meidän kanssamme: he tietävät meidän kärsivän nälkää, ja sentähden ovat he menneet pois leiristä, ja ovat lymyttäneet itsensä kedolle: ja ajattelevat: kuin he lähtevät kaupungista, otamme me heidät kiinni elävänä, ja pääsemme kaupunkiin.

Ils seront donc sortis du camp pour se cacher dans la campagne, disant: Quand ils seront sortis de la ville, nous les prendrons vifs, et nous entrerons dans la ville.

Et le roi se leva de nuit et dit à ses serviteurs: Je veux vous dire ce que les Syriens font à notre égard: ils savent que nous sommes affamés, et ils sont sortis du camp pour se cacher dans la campagne, disant: S'ils sortent de la ville, nous les prendrons vivants et nous entrerons dans la ville.

Et le Roi se leva de nuit, et dit à ses serviteurs: Je vous dirai maintenant ce que les Syriens nous auront fait. Ils ont connu que nous sommes affamés, et ils seront sortis du camp pour se cacher aux champs, disant: Quand ils seront sortis hors de la ville, nous les prendrons vifs, et nous entrerons dans la ville.

Et le roi se leva de nuit, et dit à ses serviteurs: Je veux vous dire ce que les Syriens nous ont fait: ils savent que nous avons faim, et ils sont sortis du camp pour se cacher dans les champs, disant: Ils sortiront hors de la ville, et nous les prendrons vivants, et nous entrerons dans la ville.

Le roi se leva de nuit, et il dit à ses serviteurs: « Je veux vous apprendre ce que nous font les Syriens. Sachant que nous sommes affamés, ils ont quitté leur camp pour se cacher dans les champs, et ils se sont dit: Quand ils sortiront de la ville, nous les saisirons vivants, et nous entrerons dans la ville. »

और राजा रात ही को उठा, और अपने कर्मचारियों से कहा, मैं तुम्हें बताता हूँ कि अरामियों ने हम से क्या किया है? वे जानते हैं, कि हम लोग भूखे हैं इस कारण वे छावनी में से मैदान में छिपके को यह कहकर गए हैं, कि जब वे नगर से निकलेंगे, तब हम उन को जीवित ही पकड़ कर नगर में घुसने पाएंगे।

És felkele éjszaka a király, és monda az ő szolgáinak: Megmondom néktek, mit csinálnak velünk a Siriabeliek. Tudják, hogy éhen vagyunk, és csak azért mentek ki a táborból, hogy elrejtőzzenek a mezőn, mondván: Mikor kijönnek a városból, megfogjuk őket elevenen, és bemegyünk a városba.

E il re si levò nella notte, e disse ai suoi servi: "Vi voglio dire io quel che ci hanno fatto i Siri. Sanno che patiamo la fame; sono quindi usciti dal campo a nascondersi per la campagna, dicendo: Come usciranno dalla città, li prenderemo vivi, ed entreremo nella città".

Da stod kongen op om natten og sa til sine menn: Jeg skal si eder hvad syrerne har gjort mot oss; de vet at vi lider hunger, derfor har de draget ut av leiren for å skjule sig på marken og tenker som så: Når de nu drar ut av byen, så griper vi dem levende, og så kan vi komme inn i byen.

Kongen reis då upp nattetid og sagde med mennerne sine: «Eg skal segja dykk kva syrarane hev i emning mot oss: Dei veit me svelt; so hev dei fare frå lægret og løynt seg uti marki; dei tenkjer me vil ganga ut or byen, so dei fangar oss livande og gjeng inn i byen.»

Wstawszy tedy król w nocy, rzekł do sług swoich: Powiem ja wam, co nam uczynili Syryjczycy; wiedzą, żeśmy zgłodniali, przetoż wyszli z obozu, a pokryli się w polu, mówiąc: Gdy wynijdą z miasta, pojmiemy je żywo, i miasto ubieżemy.

Dessa forma, o rei levantou-se de noite e disse aos seus servos: "Agora eu vos direi o que os sírios nos fizeram. Eles sabem que nós estamos com fome. Então, eles saíram do acampamento para se esconderem nos campos. Eles estão dizendo: 'Quando eles saírem da cidade, nós os pegaremos vivos e entraremos na cidade'".

Împăratul s'a sculat noaptea, şi a zis slujitorilor săi: ,,Vreau să vă spun ce ne fac Sirienii. Fiindcă ştiu că sîntem flămînzi, au părăsit tabăra ca să se ascundă în ogoare, şi şi-au zis: ,,Cînd vor ieşi din cetate, îi vom prinde vii, şi vom intra în cetate.``

И отвечал один из служащих при нем, и сказал: пусть возьмут пять из остальных коней, которые остались в городе,(из всего ополчения Израильтян только иосталось в нем, из всего ополчения Израильтян, которое погибло), и пошлем, и посмотрим.

Konungen stod då upp om natten och sade till sina tjänare: »Jag vill säga eder vad araméerna hava för händer mot oss. De veta att vi lida hungersnöd, därför hava de gått ut ur lägret och gömt sig ute på marken, i det de tänka att de skola gripa oss levande, när vi nu gå ut ur staden, och att de så skola komma in i staden.»

王 夜 間 起 來 ， 對 臣 僕 說 ： 我 告 訴 你 們 亞 蘭 人 向 我 們 如 何 行 。 他 們 知 道 我 們 飢 餓 ， 所 以 離 營 ， 埋 伏 在 田 野 ， 說 ： 以 色 列 人 出 城 的 時 候 ， 我 們 就 活 捉 他 們 ， 得 以 進 城 。

王在夜間起來，對他的臣僕說：“我告訴你們亞蘭人對我們所作的是怎麼一回事。他們知道我們鬧饑荒，所以出到軍營外在田野埋伏，心裡說：‘他們必從城裡出來。我們就可以活捉他們，進入城裡去了。’”
