To enable 2FA, go to your account settings and find the "Security" or "Two-Factor Authentication" section. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the verification code to confirm setup. From then on, you will need both your password and a code from the authenticator app to log in.
