ولكن لما سمع ان ارخيلاوس يملك على اليهودية عوضا عن هيرودس ابيه خاف ان يذهب الى هناك. واذ أوحي اليه في حلم انصرف الى نواحي الجليل.

Ale uslyšev, že by Archelaus kraloval v Judstvu místo Heródesa otce svého, obával se tam jíti; avšak napomenut byv od Boha ve snách, obrátil se do krajin Galilejských.

Men da han hørte, at Arkelaus var Konge over Judæa i sin Fader Herodes's Sted, frygtede han for at komme derhen; og han blev advaret af Gud i en Drøm og drog bort til Galilæas Egne.

Ακούσας δε ότι ο Αρχέλαος βασιλεύει επί της Ιουδαίας αντί Ηρώδου του πατρός αυτού, εφοβήθη να υπάγη εκεί· αποκαλυφθείς δε θεόθεν κατ' όναρ ανεχώρησεν εις τα μέρη της Γαλιλαίας,

But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judæa in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither; and being warned of God in a dream, he withdrew into the parts of Galilee,

But when it came to his ears that Archelaus was ruling over Judaea in the place of his father Herod, he was in fear of going there; and God having given him news of the danger in a dream, he went out of the way into the country parts of Galilee.
