How to use

  1. Type the sale amount in reais.
  2. Choose the payment type: debit, credit in 1x, or credit in 2, 3, 6 or 12 instalments.
  3. See what each acquirer charges and how much you receive — sorted from best to worst.

About this tool

Every time someone pays with a card, the acquirer — the company behind the machine — takes a percentage. That percentage depends on whether the payment is debit or credit, how many instalments, and which plan the seller is on. The difference between acquirers for the same sale can be a full percentage point or more, and on a business that processes R$ 50.000 a month, one percentage point is R$ 500 per month that goes to the machine company instead of to the seller.

This comparator takes a sale amount and a payment type and shows what each major acquirer charges. The table is sorted by who gives you the most money, not by who has the lowest headline rate — because the rate that matters is the one on the transaction you actually run, not the one on the website. The acquirers covered are Stone, Ton, PagSeguro, Cielo, Rede and Getnet, which together process the vast majority of card transactions in Brazil.

The rates shown are from the standard public plans, collected from the official websites on the date printed at the bottom. They change with volume, negotiation, promotional campaigns and the seller's history. Monthly rental fees and anticipation charges are noted but not added to the per-transaction comparison. Everything runs in your browser — the rate table is embedded in the page and nothing you type is uploaded.

The formula

Fee = sale amount × rate / 100. You receive = sale amount − fee. Example: R$ 100.00 on debit at 1.39% → fee R$ 1.39, you receive R$ 98.61.

Frequently asked questions

Are these the rates I will actually get?

These are the standard public rates from each acquirer's website. Your actual rate depends on your plan, your volume, and whether you negotiated. The table is a starting point for comparison.

Why is Pix listed at 0%?

Because these acquirers do not charge a fee for Pix received through the machine, at least on the standard plans reviewed. That may change.

What about anticipation fees?

Some acquirers include automatic anticipation in the rate (Stone, Ton). Others charge it separately. The notes column says which is which.

Does my sale amount leave my browser?

No. The rates are embedded in the page and the calculation runs locally. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

How often are the rates updated?

The revision date is printed at the bottom. Rates change frequently — always confirm with the acquirer before choosing a plan.
