Der HERR, dein Gott, sei gelobt, der Lust zu dir hatte, daß er dich auf seinen Thron setzte als König vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott! Darum, weil dein Gott Israel liebt und es ewiglich erhalten will, hat er dich zum König gesetzt, daß du Recht und Gerechtigkeit übest!

Es sei Jahwe, dein Gott, gepriesen, der an dir Wohlgefallen hatte, daß er dich auf den Thron setzte als einen König Jahwes, deines Gottes; weil dein Gott Israel lieb hat, daß er ihm für immer Beistand verleihen will, darum hat er dich zum König über sie gesetzt, daß du Recht und Gerechtigkeit übest!
